Todo Cloud is a refined productivity system used by millions across the world.
Plan, organize, prioritize, do work . . . all in one app synced across any device.
Driving Productivity Success
Daily plan, track and finish your to-do tasks whether they be simple grocery shopping lists, daily habits tied to goals, single work tasks or complex multi-person projects. Todo Cloud is an easy-to-use productivity app that Macworld says, “…oozes with awesomeness.”
See everything at a glance
The home page of the app uses the GTD organization system with an Inbox for gathering tasks, adding tags, deadlines, notes and then assigning to a standard list. Next in the view are Smart Lists that organize tasks according to filter criteria. Several out-of-the-box Smart Lists are provided. Swipe to the left to edit the criteria or create your own. Below that are Custom Lists. Think of them as folders.
The list counts include total tasks in black and overdue tasks in red.
From this single view, you can see all completed, overdue and upcoming tasks. From the bottom section, you can create tasks, checklists and projects in seconds.
Do things that matter most
Calendar view. Quick menu editing
Long press any tasks or swipe to the right and press the ‘quick menu’ button to access a set of controls allowing you to take action on one or several tasks all at once. Want to create a set of templates for repetitive work? Easy to do.
Put the master tasks, checklists or projects in a Custom List. From the quick menu, you can now duplicate any of those items.
Add to that, all of your work can be viewed by dates by tapping the calendar icon (top section). Now, press any date in dark black to see the tasks due on that day. Better still, you can drag tasks to the calendar to change their due date. This is especially powerful with projects.
Proven GTD Methodology
Todo Cloud uses the popular Getting Things Done and the FranklinCovey concepts with focus to-do lists, favorited tasks (starred), multi-level priorities, quick entry, context, and projects with layered and prioritized lists and sub-tasks. Touch your tasks once and set several alerts according to your start/due dates or milestones.
Reminders. Location alerts. Smart recurring tasks.
Geotag your tasks and Todo Cloud will give you a task reminder specific to that location, so you don’t forget to pick up that invoice, deliver specific product to the job site, pick up the milk at the grocery store, or grab specialty repair supplies when I would have otherwise forgotten.
These are the small ways Todo Cloud improves your time efficiency, and reliability leaving your mind free to think about more important things.
Finish checklists and projects
Todo Cloud Syncs Seamlessly Across iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and Web.
Because of that, what you start on your laptop can be finished on your job site. Or what you start, you can assign out to team members to update. You’ll get the notifications when work is done so you can take action on the next steps.
And checklists are powerfully simple and can be part of every project as the expected steps to consistently get work done. Some leverage the potential to quickly duplicate projects, tasks and checklists using a list of templates that are duplicated as needed.
Create tasks fast
We enable quick task queuing that allows you to rapidly create a set of tasks that drop into a stack. You can create the basics all at once and then can click into each to add details.
Or you can click create one more time to release the held tasks into their respective lists. This is just one example of a refined interface built to create a predictable experience.
Lists are customizable and can be created to align with goals like ‘start my business.’ That then allows for tasks, checklists and projects to be organized in either in parallel or succession.
The calendar view makes it easy to see what is due on which dates. Tasks can be dragged to the calendar to change dates. Notes, comments and tags can be used to cut across work and organize it one of many different ways.
The search is powerful and quick to access showing results organized by type and you can take action to update or complete a task from search.
View completed tasks by date
What better way to measure your success than to see your completed work all together organized by date. You can click into a task at any time to reference its details.
Completed work is organized within the lists so it is easily viewed together or you can create a custom smartlist to view all completed work in one place. Plus the smartlist filters are, shall we say, ‘smart’ and can be customized in hundreds of ways so you can get a laser focus on the work that matters most.
Many teams review the completed tasks list as a part of their regular meetings.
Share to-do task lists with others
The power of a productivity system is demonstrated when multiple people can collaborate on work together seamlessly passing work from one to another.
Sharing a list is simple. Use their email and they will get quick access to join your work.
The comments section threads a conversation together and includes contributor name, comment and a time stamp. The hidden secret is that comments work exceptionally well even for only one person who wants to time stamp their thoughts.
Robust alerts keep you notified well before items are due. You can set one or many alerts. All alerts contain deep links to the task so with a click, you are taken within the app to the specific task just as you’d expect.
In addition, a home page widget makes it real quick to swipe to the right to see all your tasks by list.
Sync to any device
Safe. Secure. Reliable.
Your data is always syncing between devices, making your work available regardless of the device you are using.
Use voice to text to talk in a task when you are on the go.
When you arrive to your desk, there is the basic task for you to flesh out with additional tracking details.
When you are back out on the go, your device will then have the latest reference details that prove so helpful.
All of the apps on those platforms are free and so is sync – no subscription required.
